Position: BPO QA
Location: Gurugram
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Min 1-2 year of experience in QA
Responsibilities
Audit and Give feedback on strength and developmental areas to improve performance.
Monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved Coordinate with all stakeholders internal as well as external auditors for periodic audits Perform audit & Prepare audit dashboards and highlight issues for early warning signals and trends
Follow up on action items
Compliances Ensuring audit compliance
Adhering To Company Policies, Rules and Regulations
Following Quality Processes Thoroughly - Checklists, Standards Etc. On Process
Should be a team player
Should have good analytical and communication skills
Should be detail oriented
