Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Noida sector 63. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet organizational hiring needs.
Please note: Primary recruitment will be for Tele Marketing Executives.
Qualifications
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and employment branding
• Experience with teamwork and collaboration to coordinate hiring with various departments
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is desirable
