Roles & Responsibilities :-
WORK FROM HOME
Timings: +.30 am to 6.30 pm
Monday to Saturday; 2nd and 4th Saturday Off
Experience 1 to 6 years in Domestic BPO Recruitment
Good knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing.
Good Communication Skills
Salary Negotiable (Incentive + Mob. Reimbursement)
(Salary and Designation will depend as per the Interview after 3rd round)
Permanent Work from home.
Must have Laptop & WIFI connection.
Immediate Joiner preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Fulfil the position as per client requirements.
Sourcing the candidates through various job petals (like naukri, shine, monster etc) and also through network reference.
Coordinating with them in weekdays & weekends drive.
Weekly meeting and review call of joining candidates.
