Talent Acquisition Executive / Lead (BPO Recruitment/Hiring)
Timing: +am to 6pm IST (Monday - Friday)
Experience: 6 months to 6 years
Location: Greater Noida Sector 4 (Work from Office)
Roles and Responsibilities
• :Understand the manpower requirement of the clients
• .Sourcing of CV's from various channels like own database, portals, social media
• .Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up, processing CV's, Updating / maintaining Internal Database
• .Analyze requirements according to the specification mentioned by the clients
• .Procuring and screening resumes for the current hiring needs of the various requirements
• .Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the organizations requirements
• .Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level, and presentation
• .Identifying the potential candidates through various sources to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs
• .Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
• .Organizing interviews for candidates
• .Comfortable working both on permanent & C2H (Contract to hire) Positions
• .Should have excellent communication skills
