 Drive the Education and Development pillar under TPM

 Making JD, resume screening, Talent Acquisition

 Hiring, onboarding, and induction of Operation Agents

 HR MIS / Talent Centre update MIS report generation

 Keep thriving High-Performance Organization culture leveraging on company HR processes and

systems.

 Build strong employee connect and leadership connections and have a bridge of trust with

management and the workforce, via various channels of communication and engagement

 Drive Employee Engagement to ensure employees are aligned with company /plant objectives,

upholding high morale and leadership connect with the workforce

 Passionately work for employee grievance redresses and ensure seamless flow of benefits as per

welfare schemes of the company.

 Proactively advise management on the amendment and its implication on plant operation n under

these statutes

 Will be face of the recruitment department. Will get the opportunity to handle a team of recruiters.

 Coordinate and conduct campus hiring, and off-campus recruitment onboarding process
