Making JD, resume screening, Talent Acquisition
Hiring, onboarding, and induction of Operation Agents
HR MIS / Talent Centre update MIS report generation

systems.
Build strong employee connect and leadership connections and have a bridge of trust with
management and the workforce, via various channels of communication and engagement
Drive Employee Engagement to ensure employees are aligned with company /plant objectives,
upholding high morale and leadership connect with the workforce
Passionately work for employee grievance redresses and ensure seamless flow of benefits as per
welfare schemes of the company.
Proactively advise management on the amendment and its implication on plant operation n under
these statutes
Will be face of the recruitment department. Will get the opportunity to handle a team of recruiters.
Coordinate and conduct campus hiring, and off-campus recruitment onboarding process
