Candidates who have worked in Consultancy will be preferred. Generating Leads.
Spoken English is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
To be responsible for end to end recruitment process.
Eligibility - Any Graduate only
Should have sound knowledge in end to end recruiting.
Design and update job descriptions as per clients requirement.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video)
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
