Requirements
• Knowledge of Job Portals, Social media platforms is a must.
• Must have experience in the full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries and interviews, the closing of candidates, and other responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, and Maintaining and building the candidate database.
• Must have good negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable with Working from Office - 6 days a week.
• Candidates must be having at least 2 - 3 years of recruitment experience in hiring in Fintech / BFSI / NBFC and similar industry.
• Good Communication Skills.
• DRA knowledge would be an advantage.
• Good to have conceptual knowledge of the collection industry.
