1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch products or services based on their needs.
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
3. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company..
4. Keep accurate records of sales interactions and customer information in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with team members and managers to optimize sales strategies and processes.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge market trends, and industry developments to effectively position offerings to customers.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
6. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Master's & Bachelor's degree or related field is a plus.
