Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for outbound voice sales teams.
• Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling skills.
• Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees through assessments and feedback.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and participant performance.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO outbound voice sales training.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
• Proficiency in using training tools and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Additional Information
• Competitive salary package within the range of 25,000 - 30,000 CTC.
• 5 days working with rotational shifts.
