Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven BPO Sales Executive/Manager to generate leads, acquire new clients, and expand business opportunities in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BPO services, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients for BPO services.
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored BPO solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Analyze client feedback to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in BPO sales, outsourcing, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
