Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales executives
Train on sales pitch, objection handling, and customer interaction
Monitor team performance and provide feedback
Support team leaders in achieving sales targets
Conduct refresher training sessions
Maintain training reports and track progress
Eligibility Criteria
6 months to 1 year experience in BPO / sales / training
Prior trainer or team handling experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of sales processes
CIBIL score of 650 or above
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
