Job Title: Team Lead
Work Experience: 7+years

Job Summary
TJC Group is recruiting Team Lead for SAP ILM Support Service which includes Identifying, developing, streamlining and/or improving Management metrics, business rules, processes, and procedures, provide trend analysis of issues and solutions to customers. It is more than just a management position as it demands understanding the responsibilities of its team members as well. This position will be facilitated and assisted by a highly experienced professional at the beginning.
Required Candidate profile
• Should have the ability to manage a team, with attention to detail, with a special focus on
- managing tasks such as deadlines are met (anticipation)
- Ability to review deliverables and help team improvement
• Should have great writing capability, and ability to write guidelines
• Should have the willingness to learn about TJC technical processes (data archiving) and products.
• Should have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Should demonstrate ability to work in challenging and changing work environments and apply methodologies to best fit solutions.
• Should have a work history of working with companies for an extended period.
• Should be good with MS office and eager to learn new software tools.
Key Role:
• Provide supervision and direction to the team and manage their day-to-day activities.
• Respond to customer requests to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain and ensure adherence to SOP guidelines by team members.
• Provide monthly feedback to team members on their performance.
• Provide guidance to the team members to effectively complete the assigned task.
• Ensure complete adherence to TAT and SLAs as defined by the customer
• Ensures to maintain and meet the quality and quantity standards with timelines.
Key Responsibilities:• Monthly, Quarterly, Annual reports for SAP system on SAP Archiving & ILM.
• Monthly KPI Dashboard for archiving.
• Weekly or Monthly SLA reports for discussions, the scope of improvements, tickets (incidents, change requests etc.)
• Annual data destruction report on ILM data destruction activities.
• Annual report on master data blocking & deletion
• Any Project plan (if applicable) for short projects related to improvements on archiving or ILM data destruction
• Functional & technical specification involving archiving or ILM for new developments.
• Test documentation (unit, integration etc.)
• SOW, proposal, presentations on various topics as required
