• Create templates for data collection and reporting.
• Reports Automation.
• Interpretation of raw data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and provide real time reports.
• Understanding of forecast and capacity plan.
• Providing variance between forecast and actuals.
• Understanding of terms such as shrinkage, attrition and leakage and should also be clear with calculation of all the terms.
• Understanding of P&L and financial analytics.
• Skills
• MS Office Excel, Word, Access, Macros.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical blend of mind.
• Must be capable of working with all levels of the organization in capturing, managing and communicating metrics.
• Should be good in preparation of PPT and data representation skills.
• Experience
• Overall, 5 + years of experience in WFM and MIS.
• BPO background would be an added advantage
