• Good English Communication skills
• Overall experience of 3+ years, with min 2-3 years in a BPO (Sales)
• Experience of handling a span of 15-20 tele-callers
• Good domain experience (Insurance or Real Estate)
• Strong Data Analysis and dialer skills.
• Salary range - 25-35k (depending on last drawn and experience)
• Rotational Week off for Real Estate
• Age criteria above 25 years.
