Candidate must be a graduate & Fully vaccinated.
Should have experience in banking or banking related voice process.
Languages required : Hindi & English
Should have minimum 1 year experience as a team lead or senior positions in his previous experience.
Should have in-hand experience in KRA, KPI, attrition & Shrinkage calculations.
Work location : Hebbal, Bangalore.
Shift timings : Rotational day shift / 5 days of working.
Salary upto 5L (It based on candidate’s previous salary).
Immediate joiners are preferred
