Role Description
This is a full-time team lead role for our BPO department. As a BPO Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring smooth operations of the department. Your day-to-day tasks will include supervising the team, handling escalations, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
• Experience in a BPO or customer service role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle escalations and resolve customer issues
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Previous experience in the organic products industry is a plus
