Greetings from 2coms,We are currently hiring BPO Team Lead for a Leading MNC,Job Details :Lead a team of about 30 members Manage governance Mentoring and guidance Poor performance handling Be able to achieve high program health by taking charge of the responsibilities end to end real time Work Allocation Meet/exceed the defined targets for the team (Productivity, Quality, SLA, Efficiency and Utilization) Ensure Process adherence Tracking and reporting attendance and availability Identify process gaps & improvements Are able to manage multiple responsibilities along with Core duties Quality Audits (regularly) Communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders in english Suggest improvements to tools or processesRequirementsGraduate in any discipline and 4+ years of overall work experience1+ years experience leading a team, directly managing othersGood working knowledge of MS Office/Google Office (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint)Basic knowledge of data analysis and Root Cause AnalysisProficient in verbal and written communication in EnglishQuick learner and able to guide and govern the team with minimal supervisionSelf-starter - you learn independently and stay motivated with limited directionStartup energy and hustle - you are comfortable quickly adapting as we build the projectTeam playerNice to Have:Previous work experience in leading a team in BPOs, customer service or support environment.Have successfully worn multiple hats as a leader in leading a time of 30 members.Must have laptop and WIFI connection of its own.MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION.IMMEDIATE JOINERBenefits SALARY : 30-45k Net take homeWORK FROM HOME
