Look after attrition and shrinkage target of the team.
Should be currently designated as SME / Team Leader for at least 2 year in the current organization.
Detailed understanding of each & every part of the process. Lead, motivate & train team members to ensure high efficiency & quality. Execute projects himself/herself while getting the team also to execute. Preferably who can join us immediate/30 days
