1. Team handling and motivation.
2. Agent Attendance Report.
3. Agent Login and Log out report.
4. Email for attendance, planned and unplanned leaves.
5. Send email to client SR Status and MTD report.
6. Share weekly agent performance report in group.
7. Handle agent queries.
8. Weekly agent performance report.
+. Keep Track of hourly cancelation.
10. Daily Report Dashboard needs to publish on group.
