Hiring for a BPO Team Leader
Responsibilities
Supervision: Provide leadership and direction to a team of BPO professionals.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate team members' performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between the BPO team and the client. Ensure effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally. Work towards maintaining a positive client relationship.
QUALIFICATIONS
Should have minimum 2 years of experience in the same domain
Should have Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written.
Should be holding a graduate degree
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
