Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO Team Leader at Cimmons in Bengaluru. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of agents, ensuring operational efficiency, quality customer service, and meeting performance targets on a daily basis.

Team Management:
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of agents.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, targets, and performance expectations.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
• Should have handled a minimum of 12 + team size
Language requirement:
• English and Hindi
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Should have handled 12+ team size.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
Personal Attributes:
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and succeed.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment.
