Main Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and promptly resolve customer service inquiries.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, transactions, queries, complaints, feedback, and the corresponding measures implemented.

- Eligibility extends to high school graduates or individuals with any level of higher education.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
