Requirement:
Excellent English Communication Skills
Client Servicing
Minimum 1 Years’ experience as a BPO Trainer (Domestic / International).
Overall BPO Experience at least 3 Year.
Job Objective :
Required to Conduct TNA for development opportunities for all levels
Conduct Email/Voice audits and Coaching Session for New Players.
Share Suggestions to improve the Process Productivity and Quality.
Job Responsibilities :
Ensure successful execution of training needs
Measure Program Training Effectiveness
Responsible for on-going observations of direct reports, providing guidance, mentoring and support Focus on performance improvement of the candidate.
Send Reports/MIS/ Dashboards
Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated
Participate in Internal & External Calibrations
Conduct Refresher Trainings based on TNI
Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires’ & Production Staff
BQM Management
Work Mode: WFO, Thane, Sunrise, Wagle Estate
Six Days a Week
Salary Best in the Industry
International/Domestic Customer Service BPO Background (Preferred)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
