We are hiring for,
Customer Support Voice Process.
Eligibility : Any Graduate / PG
W Exp: Fresher to Max 5 years of International BPO exp
CTC : For Freshers Max 2.20 LPA
For Experienced Max upto 3:60 LPA
Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts & 2 Rotational Week offs
Work location: Hafeezpet / Nanakramguda
1 cab facility will be provided in between + PM - 6 AM
Notice Period : Only Immediate Joiners
Rounds: HR, Voice Versant & Ops.
Roles Responsibilities:
Should possess good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Must be flexible to work for Rotational Shifts.
Should be a team player.
Should be able to work under pressure.
Should assist customers regarding their queries through Emails or Calls.
Laptop/Desktop will be Provided by the company.
WFH until Pandemic & Post that work from the Office.
