• Recieve inbound outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• Update customer information and sales data in CRM software.
Skills Requirements:
• 0-2 years of experience in telesales, or customer service.
• Knowledge of CRM software.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or any other related field.
