Job Type: Part Time
Shift :- 5 HR
Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Telecallers. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling both international and domestic outbound calls to promote our products/services, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and product/service promotion.
Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
Achieve Targets
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for outbound calls and lead generation.
Data Management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Update customer information in the database.
Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards during customer interactions.
Communication Skills
Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills in English for international calls and the local language for domestic calls.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with team members and share insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications And Skills
Education: Minimum of a secondary high school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English for international calls. Proficiency in the local language for domestic calls.
Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and target-driven mindset.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
