Tellecaller
Responsibilities
• Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the services.ll
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent and should be comfortable working in Night Shift.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Only Female Candidate.
• The candidate has a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
• Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and wen required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
• Shift timing: – 7.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Night shift
• US shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
