Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
Superb interpersonal,research,and record-keeping skills.
Handling Customer Inquiries,complains, and questions.
Maintain good relationship with existing partners.
Answering phones and explaining the product and service offered by the company.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance -related expectations.
