We are looking for Telecallers From Banking & Insurance domain to handle customers for outbound calls.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database incomprehensible way
Answering customers questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Fixed shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
COVID-1+ considerations:
1st dose of vaccination is compulsory
Experience:
