Job Description
Follow Call Center Scripts when handling different calls/issues
• Identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide relevant solutions to the customers
• Maintain regular follow-up with Customer till closure of Overdue Accounts
Requirements:
• Freshers (Preferred); Candidates with 1 Year experience in Calling or Voice process can apply
• Candidates fluent in English & Hindi with Telugu.
• Candidates fluent in Tamil with English will be offered additional Salary
• Articulate & Strong Phone & Verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
• Any Graduation Degree
