Calling Customers and Informing Them About the Company's Product/ Service, Receive Calls and Solve Queries.
This position is responsible for handling sales enquiry over the phone entirely, solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company and post sales collection activity. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
