Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation.

To Meet Their Needs and Ensure Quality Service is given at all times.
Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value.
-Ticket issuance on Amadeus
-Handling re-issuance & cancellations
-Work from Office
-Processing ticket refund
-US backend process
-International Ticketing
-Salary upto 40k
Required Candidate profile
- Must have 1 year experience in international voice process
- Must have good communication skill
- Must be from Gurgaon or Delhi location
