Bpo Telecaller - Marathi & Hindi || HSC Pass Fresher
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling:
• Make outgoing calls to potential customers, introducing them to products or services and gathering relevant information.
• Promote company offers, products, and services to increase customer interest and drive sales or lead generation.
• Qualify leads by engaging customers in meaningful conversations and offering solutions to their needs.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication in Marathi and Hindi.
• Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and nurture leads for potential conversion.
• Sales & Lead Generation:
• Identify sales opportunities or cross-sell services based on customer needs and preferences.
• Meet or exceed sales goals or lead generation targets set by the management.
• Data Entry & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates on call performance, sales, and lead generation to the team leader or manager.
• Compliance & Adherence to Process:
• Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards while interacting with customers.
• Adhere to all compliance regulations during the sales process and ensure customer information is securely recorded.
