We are currently hiring BPO Telecallers for various job openings across India. As a BPO Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products or services. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining our products or services
• Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Following up on customer calls or inquiries as needed
• Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
Education:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Additional certifications or training in customer service or sales is a plus
