Tamil voice telecaller manages inbound/outbound calls to sell products, assist customers, or handle collections, primarily in Tamil. Key duties include explaining services, resolving complaints, documenting interactions, and achieving targets. Candidates need strong Tamil verbal skills, persuasive ability, and basic computer proficiency
Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, answering queries and resolving complaints. Sales/Marketing: Conduct telemarketing and sales, particularly for financial products (credit cards, loans) or services (education, real estate). Data Management: Accurately update customer details and conversation notes in the company database. Target Achievement: Meet daily or weekly calling and sales targets. Script Following: Adhere to provided communication scripts and company guidelines
