Job Description
We are looking for a freshers Flipkart is hiring candidates for Packaging & Scanning Executive / Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator / Back Office /Call Center/Domestic BPO/Delivery Boy/ Voice Process to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.
1. Resolve customer complaints via Call.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Making sure that customer's Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
Shift Time : -10 00 am – 6:00 pm (day shift / Night shift) Weekly Working Days : -6 Days Monday to Saturday
Education: 12th & Bachelor's (Preferred)
