Oversys Education Company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students and promoting our educational courses. Your main goal will be to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls to potential students and providing information about our educational courses.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales made.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns students may have.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful campaigns and outcomes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
