Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a BPO Telecalling agent. As a BPO Telecalling agent, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and providing excellent customer service. You will be expected to provide accurate and timely information and resolve customer complaints. Training will be provided to ensure that you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
• Freshers are welcome
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to listen, understand and respond to customer queries and complaints effectively
• Good computer skills and ability to work with required software and tools
• Ability to work in a team and work with minimum supervision
• Excellent English Communcation Mandatory
