Job DescriptionPost Customer Care ExecutiveDepartment OperationsResponsible to Operations ManagerJob Location Kharadi PuneShift Timings 18:30 - 03:30 & 05:00 - 14:00Week Off Saturday & SundaySalary CTC up to 2.8 Lacs Per Annum + Variable IncentivesA Customer Care Executive (CCE), will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve anyemerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiencyResponsibilities:-- Generate sales leads- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactiveCommunication- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits- Ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and filedocuments- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies- Take the extra mile to engage customersRequirements:-- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Excellent analytical and time-management skills- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Graduation not mandatory- Freshers are welcomed as well
