WORK FROM OFFICE
Undergraduate candidate should have 6 Months & above Experience in BPO Voice.
Graduate Candidate, fresher and experienced in BPO Voice Both Can Apply.
Shift: US Shift
Week Off: 2 days rotational week off. 5 Days working
Both Way CAB facilities available.
Hiring for Pan India but candidate needs to relocate on immediate basis in mumbai.
Requirements
Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate
Candidate should have,
1.Good Communication skills
2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones.
3.Take calls from Global clients and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
4.Flexible to work in shifts.
5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
7.Good technical knowledge.
8. candidate should relocated if out of mumbai.
