Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BPO Trainer based in Hyderabad. The BPO Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, assessing team performance, implementing best practices in customer service, and ensuring the skill development of employees. Day-to-day tasks will also involve evaluating training outcomes, providing feedback sessions, and collaborating with leadership to align training programs with organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in training methodologies, presenting, and facilitation techniques
• Knowledge of curriculum design, training delivery, and assessment tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills
• Experience in performance evaluation, coaching, and mentoring employees
• Ability to analyze data and identify training needs
• Prior experience in the BPO or contact center industry is highly preferred
• Familiarity with tools and technologies used for delivering online and in-person training
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is advantageous
