JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Customer Service Trainer to join our company. As a Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for the training of our Support and Customer Service team. You will also ensure that all trainees understand and grasp the required concepts comprehensively.
• Arranging training resources and material with other helping tools.
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Design effective training programs
• Developing and maintaining training materials including lesson plans, group activities, the method for instructions, presentations role-plays, and assessments.
• Conduct coaching, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
• Prepare instruction material such as module, summaries, videos etc.
• Support and mentor new employees
• Keep attendance and other records
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor employee performance and response to training
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must have min 3 years of experience as customer service trainer.
Excellent communication & analytical skills
Good Knowledge of MS Office tools
Strong customer orientation
Ability to work independently as well as in a team if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
