Roles and responsibilities:
On time accurate delivery of Training NHT / Refresher etc.
Responsible for the certification of the new hire trainings.
Conducting process and product related training for NHT.
Coordinating with the Quality team to get inputs and add value to product/ process related trainings
Responsible for refresher training delivery to existing agents on the operations floor.
To create and publish regular training reports with management and clients (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Candidate should have decision making skills and analytical skills and good communication (verbal and written)
