• Responsibilities
• To deliver training to employees following company sales pitches, training manuals, training plan & standards and publish relevant reports
• Conduct Quality Sessions, Product Trainings, Process Trainings, Soft skill Training, and Sales Training
• Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refresher training in Hindi and English
• Should have knowledge of Data Analysis
• To gauge the post training performance of agents trained during the OJT period
• To evaluate and provide feedback to the training manager on amendments to the training material
• Reporting and driving the production and accuracy for the team
• Training Performance: End to end responsibility of training deliverables like throughput, certification, early production performance, etc.
• Review: Should be able to create review decks, present them and maintain action registry for closure of open items
• Content Creation: Should be able to conduct TNI (Training Need Identification) and make changes in training plan accordingly
• Stakeholder Management: Should be able to manage internal communication with peers and stakeholders
• Coordination: Coordination within and outside the team to ensure activities and run smoothly
• Should have analytical ability and ability to understand the business impact of KPIs
• In depth understanding of training metrics and impact to business metrics.
• In depth understanding of TNI/ TNA process and ability to make recommendations for process improvements.
• Maintain hygiene by ensuring reports, data and documents are in place.
Requirements
• Graduate
• Must have at least 2 years of working experience as a Product Trainer in a BPO.
• Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Act as a mentor for the team and hold the team together by promoting an environment of learning and team work
