Responsibilities
• Training the fresh Batch onboarded
• Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
• Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
• Prepare learning materials for programs.
• Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
• Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
• Research new teaching methods.
• Responsible to increase the sales number from PIP
Qualifications
• Minimum 1-2 yrs of Proven work experience as a BPO Trainer is mandatory.
• Experience in Edtech is a plus.
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid communication and presentation abilities
