BPO Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct onboarding and soft skills training
• Deliver process-specific and product training
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments
• Create training materials and update documentation
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness
• Provide coaching for underperforming agents
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of BPO operations and customer service standards
• Patience, adaptability, and leadership abilities
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
