Job Description for a BPO Trainer:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for call center employees
Assess training needs and design customized training programs to meet specific requirements
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
Facilitate training sessions in a classroom or virtual environment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in customer service and BPO operations
Collaborate with BPO managers and team leaders to ensure that training programs align with company goals and objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze training needs and design effective training programs
Proficiency in e-learning development tools and technologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for teaching and helping others to develop their skills and knowledge.
