Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic BPO sales trainer to join our company. In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling and conducting training sessions. Preparing procedures and policies regarding sales techniques. Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various sales related topics to prepare and support new employees. Observing the daily operations of employees and identifying any areas of improvement. Ensuring employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Need BPO Outbound Sales Process Trainer (Preferably Female)
Skills Required-
• Prior 1-2 Years min experience as a BPO Outbound Process Trainer.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
• Ensure successful execution of training needs.
• Responsible for providing guidance, mentoring & support & focus on performance improvement of the candidate.
• Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
• Ability to provide leadership to personnel in a fast-paced and stressful work environment.
