Job Description
To deliver training to employees following company training manuals, training plan & standards and publish relevant reports.
To gauge the post training performance of agents trained during the OJT period
To conduct refreshers and floor briefings when required.
To evaluate and provide feedback to the training manager on amendments to the training material
Reporting and driving the production and accuracy for the team.
