• Handle customer care executive duties efficiently.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage collection processes professionally.
Experience Skills
• Minimum 0 years to maximum 10 years of experience in BPO/UK/US Process.
• Experience in falseCALLING SUPPORT, VOICE SUPPORT, and VOICE PROCESS.
• Fluent in verbal English with strong customer service skills.
• Experience in an international BPO calling process.
Compensation
Salary Base Pay : 300000 to 3.50000/-
